  • Contact data you provide in our forms: first name, last name, e-mail, language and any other data entered.
  • Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Browsing data: technical data (IP address, device/browser, pages visited) collected automatically.

  • Manage course registration and provide our services (performance of a contract);
  • Process payments (contract / legal obligation);
  • Send you communications and newsletters (your consent, revocable at any time);
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation);

3. Who we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us operate, acting as data processors: Stripe (payments), Brevo (e-mail and newsletters), Google (forms and surveys), Vimeo (video hosting) and our hosting provider. Some providers may be located outside Switzerland/EU; in that case the transfer takes place with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and to meet legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
